I am a wife and mother of 3 Homeschooled children. We have a happy home filled with love, excitement, adventure and craziness! Since I was a young child I have had a passion for Health & Wellness. Having suffered & conquered a childhood life of debilitating migraines has created a burning desire within me to teach others how to take their health into their own hands. I graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Health Education. After many years of teaching health through fitness and nutrition classes, in 2010 I was led to Young Living Essential Oils. A wellness company that promotes a healthy lifestyle from every aspect of our lives including what goes in, on and around our bodies. In 2018 I began my journey into traditional Yoga, Yoga with Aromatherapy, Yoga for trauma, and Yoga to support body systems. In April 2019 I began my study of the Aroma Freedom Technique which is a step by step process to erasing negative thoughts and emotions that may be hindering us from accomplishing our goals and dreams.
